Recommended Poster size - A0 portrait format: 84,1cm (width) x 118,9 cm (height)

There are five poster sessions planned during the Conference: on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, see the Conference program. There are two poster sessions each day: A - afternoon - after the lunch, and B - evening - starting after the evening oral session. Please, make sure that your poster is displayed before the session starts, and remove it when the session is over. Push pins will be provided.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS (Invited & Contributed)

Duration times:

Invited presentations - 45 minutes, 40 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
Contributed oral presentations - 15 minutes, 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.

The exact time of your presentation will be given in the Conference program. A conference laptop will be available for oral presentations. It is also possible to use your own personal device. In any case, we strongly recommend that you check the compatibility of the presentation or the personal device with the equipment in the lecture hall in advance. Our technical staff will be present in the lecture hall 10 minutes before and after every conference session.

Important notice to Tuesday and Thursday oral presenters.

To enable more in-depth discussions with the authors of the oral presentations, we kindly ask you to prepare a comprehensive summary of your talk and present it during the next poster session. Tuesday and Thursday morning presentations are expected to be posted at the after-lunch poster session (session A), evening presentations - during the evening poster session (session B). Wednesday and Friday presentations are expected to be posted during the evening poster session (session B) the day before. Note that a dedicated poster is welcomed but not required. A collection of the most important presentation slides printed on A4 sheets, arranged on the board, will also be sufficient.
