Registration fees
The Registration fee includes board and lodging, conference materials, receptions and conference banquet. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less internet access, TV.
1. Student fee (accommodation in 3- or 4-person rooms)
- for the Conference:
- 2850 PLN
- for the School and the Conference:
- 3350 PLN
2. Regular fee (accommodation is in 2-person rooms)
- for the Conference:
- 3950 PLN
- for the School and the Conference:
- 4500 PLN
A limited number of single rooms are also available. They will be distributed on the 'first come first served' basis. Additional payment (to the Regular fee) for a single room:
- 1250 PLN for the Conference only
- 1450 PLN for the Conference and the School
If you plan to attend the Conference with an accompanying person, please contact the Organizers.
Preferences about room sharing (if any) should be submitted while filling the on-line registration form.
The participants who need a Polish visa are kindly requested to contact the Conference Secretary for an invitation letter.
Payment
The payment should be transferred in Polish currency (złoty, PLN) to the bank account which will be announced to the participant during the obligatory on-line registration procedure.
The conference fee can be paid also by credit card. However, such participants must also register on-line. All bank charges are on the account of the payer.
