Registration fees

The Registration fee includes board and lodging, conference materials, receptions, conference banquet and conference proceedings. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less internet access, TV.

1. Student fee (accommodation in 3- or 4-person rooms)

1. for the Conference:
   • 2100 PLN
2. for the School and the Conference:
   • 2600 PLN

2. Regular fee (accommodation is in 2-person rooms)

1. for the Conference:
   • 3300 PLN
2. for the School and the Conference:
   • 3800 PLN

3. Accompanying person fee (accommodation, meals, conference banquet)

• 2450 PLN for the Conference
• 3050 PLN for the School and the Conference

A limited number of single rooms are also available. They will be distributed on the 'first come first served' basis. Additional payment (to the Regular fee) for a single room:

• 850 PLN for the Conference only
• 1000 PLN for the Conference and the School

If you are interested in a single room, enter this information in the field "Additional information for organizers" at the end of the form. Organizers will contact you, if a single room is available..

Preferences about room sharing (if any) should be submitted while filling the on-line registration form.

Current exchange rates are about (10-02-2023):
1 EUR = 4.77 PLN, 1 USD = 4.46 PLN, 1 CHF = 4.83 PLN
Exchange rates of National Bank of Poland

The participants who need a Polish visa are kindly requested to contact the Conference Secretary for an invitation letter.

Payment

The payment should be transferred in Polish currency (złoty, PLN) to the bank account which will be announced to the participant during the obligatory on-line registration procedure.

The conference fee can be paid also by credit card. However, such participants must also register on-line. All bank charges are on the account of the payer.
