Registration fees
The total conference fee (including board and lodging, conference materials, receptions, conference banquet and conference proceedings) is divided between different standards of accommodation into two groups:
1. Student fee:
- for the Conference only:
- 1900 PLN
- for the School and the Conference:
- 2200 PLN
Student-fee accommodation is in 3- or 4-person rooms (all equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less web access, satellite TV, radio).
2. Regular fee:
- for the Conference only:
- 2350 PLN
- for the School and the Conference:
- 2850 PLN
Regular-fee accommodation is in 2-person rooms (all equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less web access, satellite TV, radio).
Fee for accompanying person:
- 1650 PLN for the Conference only
- 2050 PLN for the School and the Conference
Fee for accompanying person includes: accommodation, meals, participation in the conference banquet.
Limited number of single rooms is also available. They will be distributed on the 'first come first served' basis. Additional payment (from the Regular fee) for the single room:
- 600 PLN for the Conference only
- 800 PLN for the Conference and the School
If you are interested in a single room, enter this information in the field "Additional information for organizers"
at the end of the form.
Organizers will contact you, if single room will be available.
Preferences about room sharing (if any) should be submitted while filling the on-line registration form.
Current exchange rates are about:
1 EUR = 4.30 PLN, 1 USD = 3.80 PLN, 1 CHF = 3.80 PLN
(average rates, National Bank of Poland)
The participants who need Polish visa are kindly requested to contact Conference Secretary for the Invitation Letter.
Payment
The payment should be transferred in Polish currency (złoty, PLN) to the bank account which will be announced to the participant during the obligatory on-line registration procedure. On-line registration system will be open from 16 March 2019.
All bank charges are on the account of the payer.
The conference fee can be paid also by credit card. However, such participants must also register on-line.
