In 2018 the Conference will take place on
June 18^th - 22^nd
(Monday morning to Friday Lunch, suggested arrival on Sunday evening, June 17^th, departure on Friday after Lunch, June 22^nd),

and it will be preceded by the School (i.e., the Special Tutorial Session) taking place on
June 16^th - 17^th
(Saturday and Sunday, suggested arrival on Saturday morning, June 16^th).

Abstract submission deadline: March 7^th 2018  March 12^th 2018
Notification of abstract acceptance: April 9^th 2018

Early registration & payment deadline: April 23^th 2018

Final registration & payment deadline: May 14^th 2018
(After this date, registration is only possible through direct contact with the organizing committee.)
