Registration fees

The total conference fee (including living costs, conference materials, receptions, conference banquet and conference proceedings) is divided between different standards of accommodation into two groups:

1. Student fee:

1. for the Conference only:
   • 1800 PLN
2. for the School and the Conference:
   • 2100 PLN

Student-fee accommodation is in 3- or 4-person rooms (all equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less web access, satellite TV, radio).

2. Regular fee:

1. for the Conference only:
   • 2200 PLN
2. for the School and the Conference:
   • 2700 PLN

Regular-fee accommodation is in 2-person rooms (all equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less web access, satellite TV, radio).

Fee for accompanying person:

• 1400 PLN for the Conference only
• 1800 PLN for the School and the Conference

Fee for accompanying person includes: accommodation, meals, participation in the conference banquet.

Single rooms have been fully booked. In case of emergency please personal contact with chairman of the conference - Prof. Maciej Sawicki.

Preferences about room sharing (if any) should be submitted while filling the on-line registration form.

Current exchange rates are about:
1 EUR = 4.30 PLN, 1 USD = 3.88 PLN, 1 CHF = 3.92 PLN

(average rates, National Bank of Poland)

The participants who need Polish visa are kindly requested to contact Conference Secretary for the Invitation Letter.

Payment

The payment should be transferred in Polish currency (złoty, PLN) to the bank account which will be announced to the participant during the obligatory on-line registration procedure. On-line registration system will be open from March - April 2016.

All bank charges are on the account of the payer.

Please include in the bank transfer documents the names of participants with statements whether they participate in School and/or Conference (or please notify Organizers).

The conference fee can be paid also by credit card. However, such participants must register on-line in advance to have the hotel room guaranteed.
